In Q.5 we take [11,11] rank=1=nullity and e.v. are 2,0so option b and d are incorrect
The question is not that nullity and rank are same, it says that range space and null space are same. So in your example range space is generated by (1,1) and null space by (1,-1), so your example doesn't work.
